Terms & Conditions
The terms governing registration, payment and participation in AIS Academy courses.
Effective Date: 1 July 2026
1. Registration
Course registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing by AIS Academy.
AIS Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
2. Payment
Full payment must be made before the commencement of the course unless credit terms have been approved.
Approved corporate clients may be granted credit terms of thirty (30) days from the invoice date, subject to AIS Academy's approval.
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
3. Cancellation by Participant
Written notice must be provided for any cancellation.
The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 14 calendar days before course commencement: No charge
- 8 to 14 calendar days before course commencement: 50% of course fee
- 7 calendar days or less before course commencement: 100% of course fee
Substitution of participants from the same organisation is permitted at no additional cost, subject to prior notification.
4. Postponement Requests
Requests to transfer to another course date must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the course commencement date.
AIS Academy reserves the right to approve or reject transfer requests based on course availability.
5. No Show
Participants who fail to attend the course without prior notice will be deemed as a no-show and no refund, credit or replacement training will be provided.
6. Cancellation or Postponement by AIS Academy
AIS Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, venue issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such cases, participants will be offered:
- A replacement course date; or
- A full refund of fees paid.
AIS Academy shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, loss of income or other consequential expenses incurred.
7. Attendance
Participants are expected to attend the course punctually and participate fully in all learning activities.
AIS Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or remove participants whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate or detrimental to the learning environment.
8. Certificates
Certificates of Completion or Attendance will be issued only to participants who meet the attendance requirements and any course-specific requirements determined by AIS Academy.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, manuals and training resources remain the property of AIS Academy unless otherwise stated.
Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, publish or share any course materials without prior written consent from AIS Academy.
10. Personal Data Protection
By registering for a course, participants consent to AIS Academy collecting, using and disclosing personal data for purposes related to course administration, certification, communication and service delivery in accordance with the AIS Academy Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
AIS Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from participation in any course or training programme.
AIS Academy's total liability shall not exceed the course fees paid by the participant.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
